Products and prices:

All prices are shown on the product pages. Our products include VAT. Tax breakdown is shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation. 

Companies inside European Union with a valid VAT number can order items without VAT. 

It is possible for customers outside of European Union to order items without added VAT. NB! The customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred from the delivery, such as taxes and other additional expenses arising from destination country’s border and customs regulations.

Shipping costs:

Packaging and shipping rates will depend on the chosen delivery method, the total worth of the order, weight of the product and the size of the package. Shipping costs are automatically added to the order total. NFINETY has the right to change the product prices and delivery charges.

Order processing:

We process your orders as soon as possible, usually within one business day after the order has been placed. If any of your ordered goods is out of stock or processing of your order will be delayed, we will inform a customer about it as soon as possible. NB! Order is created and processed only after successful payment transaction.

Shipping methods in Finland:

We deliver the ordered goods to almost every country of the world and all parts of Finland. It is possible to order items directly from our webstore to most of the countries. All delivery methods are not available for every country. 

DB Schenker delivery to pickup point or parcel locker in Finland: Retrieve your goods from the selected pickup point or parcel locker in Finland. (NB! If the package is too big for delivery to pickup point, the package will be redirected to receivers home address).

You will be notified by text message or e-mail when the package has arrived to your selected pickup point. Please make sure you have your ID without you to receive the package.

International shipping methods:

Various delivery methods can be chosen when placing an order based on the delivery country and location. Delivery to home or nearest pickup-point based on the selected available shipping method and delivery location. NB! The customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred from the delivery, such as taxes and other additional expenses arising from destination country’s border and customs regulations.

Return policy and order cancellations:

All orders from the webstore have 14 day money back guarantee. For product returns from outside of Finland, the customer arranges the shipping and pays for the costs that incurred for the returning of the product.

The return policy does not apply to products that are associated with personal hygiene of the customer (for example underwear and some liquids). Returned products must be unused, unchanged and in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer. The packaging of the returned product must be unbroken. Any labels and price tags attached to the product itself or the packaging must remain intact. Before returning the product it must be packed carefully, so the product or the product packaging will not become damaged during the shipping. We recommend using the same packaging in which the product was originally delivered. NB! Do not attach stickers or other notes directly to the product packaging. Failure to follow the return policy will result in voiding the money back guarantee.    

Before sending the ordered items back to the merchant it is required to notify the merchant about it in writing. Notice can be written by e-mail to: if.ytenifnobfsctd-7142c1@ofni or by filling: Order cancellation form. The returned products must be unused and unchanged.

Returns via DB Schenker are made using the original shipping label that the package arrived with, attached to the outside of the received package. The package should be taken to a DB Schenker pickup point and requested to be returned to the sender.

Note: Keep the receipt for the return until we have refunded the money for the product.”

Payment for the returned products is returned as soon as possible primarily using the same payment method through which the customer has originally paid for the product. Returning of the payment by bank transfer can be possible in the occasion when return of the payment is not possible using the same payment method that the customer has used. 

Faulty or damaged item:

If the delivered product is faulty or damaged, you can notify the merchant about it by sending an e-mail to if.ytenifnobfsctd-527151@ofni. Flawless product will be sent to customer to replace the faulty product. If  sending new product to replace the faulty product is not possible, it may be the case for the price reduction for the faulty product or complete cancellation of the sale and money refund. For a money refund, we may need your bank account number.
